She was wonderful to work with through the whole process. She walked us through the houses we wanted to see, and gave us good advice, including those things we couldn't see for ourselves, such as streets that might be too busy for us with our dogs. She took care of us through the inspections, since we couldn't be there ourselves, and was our go to for every question. She took such good care of us. And we closed on our house without ever leaving Michigan. When we later made it out to AZ, we were so excited to find our home as beautiful as we expected, and we were so greatful for Kate's guidance. She's very knowledgeable and helped point out things I likely wouldn't have thought of which really helped. For instance, the home I purchased didn't have a lot of room for a regular sized refrigerator, and she explained to me a counter depth one would be more esthetically pleasing, and I was happy she helped me make that choice. You can tell she cares about her clients and didn't pressure me at all. I found a home that seemed perfect for me, and she scheduled a walk through right away and I was able to purchase the home, close and move in less than a month later.
